Everyone who likes game is at the right place here. The food is amazing, it not only looks good, no it tastes great too. Thank you for such a great meal in a somewhat rustic ambience ☺️

The top ratings are a mystery to me. The food is mediocre at best and has little taste, everything is drowned in heavy sauces. Outside, the restaurant doesn't look attractive and is a bit run down. Not a really nice ambience. The service is also mediocre and not convincing. There are leftovers on the cutlery and drops from the washing up water on the glasses. Overall, the slightly unclean ambience does not make people look forward to the not very tasty food. Disappointment across the board.

Very tasty food in a rustic atmosphere. Fresh game dishes and fresh fish dishes. And the baked dumplings are a dream. It is worth the slightly longer journey.

Nice atmosphere, a bit stuffy but well designed (rustic). Food is always good and the price-performance ratio is right. There are often events such as boar tracks.

Boar grilled on beech wood! Unique... First class cuisine, very good service! Rich, varied map. Drink menu with a very good selection. Also the dessert all delicious. The boar sausages are also available to take away, absolutely recommendable. Very cozy atmosphere and you can tell, here is happy and worked with fun!

Excellent kitchen! A wonderful asparagus lunch, wild boar - Schnitzel Viennese style and delicious wild boar ham. All side dishes just cooked well. We recommend !

Very nice rustic restaurant in the middle of the beautiful Taunus. If you like delicious game and fish dishes, you should definitely eat here. Great dishes and prepared directly by the chef, the hunter as well as the chef. A small but fine family restaurant in the middle of the Taunus. Again and again we like to come here.

If you like to eat game, this is the place for you. The dishes are of high quality and taste perfect. The spicy homemade goulash soup is also highly recommended. The staff is charming and friendly. The prices for fas game are not too high and the taste is convincing. The restaurant is highly recommended!
